Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, introducing our services, building strong client relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain and promote the company’s products/services. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversion. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Requirements: Proven experience in tele sales/telemarketing/customer service (preferred, but freshers can also apply). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Good command over [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). Target-driven and self-motivated. Education & Experience: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Experience in tele sales or customer service is an added advantage.
