Job Title: Telesales Executive Company: Usedon Computer India Pvt. Ltd. Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives About the Company: Usedon Computer India Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted name in the IT hardware industry, specializing in high-quality refurbished laptops and desktops. We provide reliable and cost-effective computing solutions to individuals and businesses across India. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell refurbished laptops and desktops. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customers to ensure repeat business. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details in CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Provide excellent customer service and handle queries or complaints professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telesales or telecalling experience (IT sales preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of computer hardware will be an added advantage. Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during customer interactions.
