Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing leads, handling customer inquiries, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about franchise opportunities, following up on leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The role will require working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the business's growth.

Outstanding Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
