About Tech Lync Tech Lync is a forward-thinking edtech company committed to empowering students and professionals with cutting-edge technology skills. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients, students, and professionals to promote Tech Lync’s products, services, and training programs. Explain offerings clearly and persuasively to generate interest and conversions. Identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule appointments/demo sessions. Maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers through follow-up calls and emails. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain an accurate database of calls, leads, and sales activity in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion strategies. Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback in a professional manner. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role edtech. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales goals consistently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
