Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, conduct outbound calls to potential customers, and convert inquiries into successful loan applications. An ideal candidate for this role should possess outstanding communication skills and a strong comprehension of financial products, especially loans. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various loan products such as personal, home, and business loans. - Explain the features and benefits of loan offerings to customers. - Identify customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions. - Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals. - Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs established by the management. - Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address queries. - Stay informed about loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and RBI guidelines. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus structure. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred. The work location is in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.,
