The role involves contacting customers to remind them about their upcoming or missed EMIs (Equated Monthly Installments) and assisting them in completing their repayments on time. --- ### 🔹 **Key Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to customers for EMI payment reminders. * Follow up with customers who have missed payments or delayed EMIs. * Clearly explain the repayment details and encourage timely payments. * Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payment status. * Coordinate with internal teams in case of escalations or payment disputes. * Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets. --- ### 🔹 **Candidate Requirements:** * Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. * Previous experience in tele-calling, collections, or customer service is a plus. * Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally. * Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call tracking. * Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
