Job Description

Job Summary:

Gravity Ventures is looking for an young and work - passionate, Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales , identifying and approaching potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. The role involves creating and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting progress to the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients after the sale to ensure product satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit sales activity and performance reports, including pipeline status and revenue forecasts.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic Knowledge in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
