Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Telesales

Languages Required: Fluent in English + Any 2 of the following: Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam

Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive with a proven track record in outbound sales. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and at least two regional languages. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching our offerings, and driving successful conversions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided lead lists.

Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.

Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close sales confidently.

Update Excel systems with accurate call and lead details.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine pitches and improve performance.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of telesales/inside sales experience (voice process mandatory).

Fluent in English, with the ability to speak at least two of the following languages:

Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and Excel sheet familiarity.

Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.

Salary:

Earn upto Salary: ₹25000 per month

Working Days & Timings:

Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)

Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Training period for one week.
