Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

• Contacting potential customers through cold calling or other means to identify sales opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

• Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and presenting products or services in a persuasive manner.

Product Knowledge:

• Providing accurate and detailed information about products or services to customers.

Sales Closing:

• Guiding customers through the sales process, negotiating deals, and securing sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintaining relationships with existing customers, addressing concerns, and potentially upselling or cross-selling.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Reporting:

• Tracking sales activities, maintaining customer records, and reporting on sales performance.

Following Up:

• Following up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify further sales opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for building rapport and persuading customers.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
