Job Description

Office Cum Delivery Boy

Responsibilities

Keeping the office space clean, tidy, and organized, including common areas, pantry, and workstations.
Assisting with tasks like photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
Running errands such as banking, bill payments, and picking up or delivering items.
Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
Providing general support to office staff with day-to-day tasks and activities.
Helping with setting up meeting rooms and arranging necessary equipment.
Liaising with external service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Safely transport goods to specified destinations
Ensure timely deliveries based on schedule
Handle products with care during loading and unloading
Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks
Ensure compliance with traffic and safety regulations
Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse staff

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar delivery role is preferred
Ability to lift heavy packages and products
Good geographical knowledge of delivery areas
Strong communication skills
Customer service-oriented attitude
