Job Title: Reactive Sales Executive – Noida (Delhi NCR)

Location: Noida, Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on interview performance)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days
Eligibility: Male / Female candidates (up to 27 years of age)

About the Role

We are hiring a motivated and energetic Reactive Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and bookings for birthday parties, group events, and corporate gatherings at our entertainment center in Noida.

The role involves responding to inquiries, converting leads into confirmed sales, and ensuring a smooth guest experience through coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, website inquiries, and walk-in customers.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings for events, parties, and corporate bookings.
• Maintain CRM entries, lead logs, and timely follow-ups.
• Upsell food, beverage, and gaming add-ons to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with operations, F&B, and events teams for flawless execution.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports with pipeline updates.
• Ensure high guest satisfaction through timely communication and support.

Performance Goals

• Respond promptly to every lead or inquiry.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Upsell products and services effectively.
• Maintain 90%+ guest satisfaction rate.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers with strong English communication skills can apply.
• 6–12 months of experience in telesales, hospitality, events, or QSR industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Target-driven, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
