Job Description

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, promote products or services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly Follow up with interested customers and maintain customer relationships Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales Address customer questions and resolve basic concerns Work closely with the sales and marketing team Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service (preferred) Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity Target-oriented and self-motivated Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills Negotiation and closing skills Customer-focused approach Time management and organizational skills Benefits: Competitive salary + incentives/commission Training and career growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment
