Telesales Executive

Job description We are looking for a customer-oriented ' Tele-sales Executive' to work on inbound and outbound telephone calls and achieve time bound targets. Will be responsibilities for selling skill courses offered by the institute, receiving incoming telephone enquiries and assisting students with relevant information. To be successful as a Tele-Sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. You should be able to deliver the desired results as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Responsibilities: Cold calling to given database and converting leads into possible walk-ins / admissions. Persuading students to enroll for the courses offered. Accurately recording enquiries details with status in the format provided. . Develop in-depth knowledge of all courses offered so as to make the right recommendations based on student needs and preferences. Continually meeting or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. Requirements: A minimum of XII grade/ higher secondary pass from a recognized State Board. Minimum 3 to 4 years of tele-sales experience from the education or skill training institute with a proven track record of consistent performance. Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation will be an advantage. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to follow scripts. Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English Exceptional customer service skills. Soft spoken, humble and positive in approach.
