Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller for Real Estate Sales to join our dynamic team. Your main role will be to connect with potential leads, explain property details, and convert inquiries into successful site visits and deal closures. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads. Explain residential/commercial property details, pricing, location benefits, etc. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable properties. Schedule and follow up on site visits. Maintain relationships with interested clients to move them forward in the sales pipeline. Coordinate with the field sales team for visit updates and closure support. Update CRM/database regularly. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or real estate calling preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English. Confidence in handling objections and closing deals over call or coordinating with site visit teams. Basic knowledge of real estate market, property types, and locality advantages.
