Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote and sell our products/services. You will play a key role in generating sales, identifying customer needs, and maintaining a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services, generate leads, and close sales. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs, provide appropriate solutions, and encourage repeat business. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products/services, benefits, and features to effectively communicate with prospects. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads through in-depth conversations and targeted questions. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs set by the sales manager. Maintain Records: Update customer information, track calls, and record all sales activities in CRM software. Handle Objections: Effectively handle objections and inquiries from customers, providing suitable solutions and information. Customer Retention: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage repeat business or referrals. Report Generation: Provide regular reports on sales progress, challenges, and potential opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales-oriented role is preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone. Listening Skills: Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. Sales Focused: Ability to close sales, meet targets, and handle rejection with resilience. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, Excel, and other sales tools. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, stay focused, and take initiative in a target-driven environment. Problem-Solving: Ability to provide solutions to customers’ challenges and overcome objections effectively. Customer-Oriented: Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus. Knowledge of the industry or specific product knowledge related to the role. Multilingual skills are an advantage (depending on the market).
