Job Description: Order Verification Executive As an Order Verification Executive, my primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of customer orders before they are processed and dispatched. This involves verifying customer details, confirming product selections, validating payment information, and ensuring that all required criteria are met for a successful order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities: Verify customer orders through phone calls or emails to confirm order details. Cross-check payment status, delivery addresses, and customer identity for fraud prevention. Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and support teams to ensure smooth order processing. Maintain accurate records of verification calls and outcomes. Follow up with customers if any clarification or correction is needed. Provide excellent customer service during the verification process. Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent orders to the appropriate department.

Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and market trends. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Update CRM or sales database with call details and outcomes. Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports. 6. Coordination with Internal Teams Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on strategies. Share customer feedback to help improve products and services. Ensure smooth handover of leads to the field sales team when needed. 7. Continuous Learning & Skill Development Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements. Participate in sales training sessions and skill improvement workshops. Adapt to new sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
