Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales Conversion

  • Handle inbound inquiries from WhatsApp, website, social media, and referral channels.
  • Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
  • Share itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and destination details with clarity.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain a strong closure rate and meet monthly sales targets.

Customer Communication & Relationship Building

  • Build rapport with clients and deliver a consultative sales experience.
  • Provide accurate information regarding destination, hotels, darshan protocols, and logistics.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidence in all interactions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely updates and smooth communication.

CRM & Reporting

  • Update and maintain lead data in CRM daily.
  • Track sales pipeline, follow-up status, and closure reports.
  • Share daily/weekly performance updates with the Sales Head.

Coordination & Backend Support

  • Coordinate with operations for bookings, hotel availability, darshan assistance, and transfers.
  • Ensure accurate communication of client details to the operations team.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues before or during travel.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years experience in Travel Sales / Tele Sales (must).
  • Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations (UP circuits preferred: Varanasi, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Ability to handle high-volume inquiries and multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of closing travel packages.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Google Sheets.
  • Customer-first mindset with patience and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
