Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate Location: Sector 136, Noida Company: RAVS Infra Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) About Us:RAVS Infra is a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in residential and commercial properties in Noida and the NCR region. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into site visits. Explain project features, benefits, pricing, and location advantages to prospects. Follow up with interested customers and maintain consistent communication. Maintain a database of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, site visits, and closures. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads. Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive brand image. Maintain records of calls and client interactions on CRM tools. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream. Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and basic English. Prior telesales or real estate experience preferred but not mandatory. Confidence, energy, and a passion for achieving targets. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools). Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
