Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Caf Desire's products.

2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our products.

3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.

4. Maintain follow-ups with leads, nurturing them into successful conversions.

5. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term engagement.

7. Keep records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

8. Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.

9. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.

10. Stay updated with product knowledge to confidently answer customer queries.

Requirements

1. Candidates below 30 years of age.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling (preferably in B2B/B2C sales process).

3. Immediate joiners preferred (or those currently serving a notice period).

4. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. (preferred).

5. Should be willing to make 150 to 200 calls per day with a minimum of 4 Hours of talk time.

6. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into sales.

7. Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.

8. Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

9. Ability to handle rejection positively and keep up a high level of enthusiasm.

10. A passion for customer engagement and a commitment to delivering delightful experiences.
