Tele Sales Executive - International Logistics & Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for sales and an interest in the dynamic world of international trade, freight forwarding, and customs clearance, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads for our comprehensive international logistics services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients (exporters, importers, manufacturers) needing international shipping and customs services.
  • Outbound Calling & Sales: Conduct engaging outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively introducing and selling our services, including Air Freight, Sea Freight (LCL/FCL), Customs Clearance, and other logistics solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurture leads, and diligently follow up to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Work to achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets for lead generation and call volume.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) in tele-sales, inside sales, or a similar sales role.
  • Industry Interest: Prior experience or a strong interest in the international logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance industry is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone demeanor. Strong command of English is a must. Proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasive, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Technical: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, energetic, and resilient with a customer-centric mindset.
