Job Description

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating international sales, promoting import and export services, and building strong relationships with overseas clients. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential international clients to promote import/export services. Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing clients. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Explain pricing, shipping options, and terms of trade (Incoterms). Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and operations teams for smooth order execution. Maintain records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs policies, and market trends. Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
