Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly targets. You should be a good communicator with a customer-first attitude and strong persuasive skills. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective leads/customers to promote and sell products or services Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products Handle incoming inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, or dispatch) for order processing or issue resolution Collect feedback from customers and report to the management for continuous improvement Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.) Fluency in [language(s) required – e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati] High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus
