Job Description

Role & responsibilities Tasks & Expectations Lead Management Handle 80-90calls per day (inbound + outbound). Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget-Authority-Need-Timeline) and update CRM . Sales Conversion Pitch product features, technical specs, and price schemes confidently. Negotiate within approved discount slabs; secure PO and payment on call where possible. Account Nurturing Schedule periodic follow-ups, send quotes & catalogues via WhatsApp/Email. Upsell complementary consumables in line with monthly campaigns. Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly revenue, call-quality, and conversion KPIs. Cross-Function Liaison Coordinate with logistics for dispatch status and after-sales service team for order related. Reporting & Compliance Submit daily call reports, funnel forecasts, and competitor intel. Follow Meta/WhatsApp Business & GDPR-compliant communication guidelines. Preferred candidate profile Education : Graduate Communication : good spoken & written English, Hindi; • Tech Savvy : Hands-on with CRMs, Google Workspace/MS Office; comfortable with WhatsApp Business. • Sales DNA : Persuasive storytelling, objection handling, funnel discipline, and target obsession. • Soft Skills : Active listening, time management, positive attitude under pressure.
