Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, based in Pune. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and converting them into sales. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Telesales Executive will also maintain records of customer interactions and work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets.
