Job Responsibilities: Call existing and new customers from the company database Explain products clearly (CCTV Cables, CAT6, Networking, OFC, etc.) Generate enquiries, quotations & follow-ups Convert leads into confirmed orders Coordinate with sales coordinators & dispatch team for order closure Maintain daily calling & follow-up records in CRM / Google Sheet Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets Handle basic customer queries, pricing discussions & objections Build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors & resellers Key Skills Required: Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Confident on calls & comfortable talking to B2B customers Sales mindset with follow-up discipline Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Ability to work with targets & pressure Positive attitude, honesty & willingness to learn
