A telesales executive in real estate is responsible for calling potential clients to promote property listings, explain features, pricing, and payment options, and generate qualified leads. They maintain customer databases, follow up regularly, and schedule site visits. Their role supports the sales team by driving client interest and helping achieve monthly sales targets.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves contacting potential buyers over the phone, providing information about available properties, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet sales targets. This position plays a key role in supporting the sales team and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties.
  • Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in real estate.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets.

4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

6. Minimum high school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
