Our best-selling products focus on areas such as sexual wellness, immunity, digestion, and stress relief. We aim to provide personalized and compassionate care to every customer. Job Summary We are looking for a persuasive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential leads, explain the benefits of our Ayurvedic products, and convert inquiries into sales through calls and WhatsApp communication. Key Responsibilities: Make inbound calls to potential leads generated via website, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals. Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable Herbnas products. Clearly explain product benefits, usage, and pricing to customers. Follow up on previous inquiries and maintain customer engagement until conversion. Use CRM tools to update lead status, record conversations, and set reminders for follow-ups. Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and conversion goals. Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team for order confirmations. Handle post-sale customer queries, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce. Or fresher  Strong communication skills in Kannada and basic English. Ability to explain health products in a convincing, empathetic, and respectful manner. Good knowledge of WhatsApp-based communication and CRM systems. Passion for Ayurveda and wellness is a strong advantage. Preferred Traits: Self-motivated and target-driven. Quick learner with the ability to handle product knowledge. Excellent follow-up and customer handling skills. Familiarity with sexual wellness products (training will be provided). Working Hours: 6 days a week  Bonus for weekend availability Compensation: Fixed salary + Attractive incentives based on performance and sales conversion Special bonuses for high-performing executives
