Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: New Delhi

Department: Sales / Customer Service

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
  • Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics and ensure consistent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Education: Must be Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
  • Fluency in Punjabi and English.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Working Hours: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST
