Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to hostel owners, managers, and decision-makers for hostel onboarding
• Explain Looh Hostels’ platform, benefits, and onboarding process clearly
• Identify hostel needs and communicate suitable partnership opportunities
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and existing databases
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and onboardings in the CRM system
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly onboarding targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hostel onboarding
• Handle queries, feedback, and objections professionally
• Build strong relationships with hostel partners through excellent customer service

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong persuasion and closing ability
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
