Telesales Executive

You will be working as a Telesales representative promoting our Iron Removal media used in water treatment plants, primarily in Kerala and other regions of South India. We are specifically looking for individuals fluent in Malayalam to target the Kerala market and Telugu for Andhra & Telangana regions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and convince them to purchase our products - Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries, providing information, and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Accurately maintaining records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system - Following up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and successfully close deals Essential Skills required for this role: - Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively to establish rapport with customers and secure deals. - Sales and Negotiation Skills: You must be proficient in persuading customers and negotiating terms beneficial to both parties. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The working schedule is during day shifts. While knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred, fluency in Malayalam and Telugu is essential for this role. The work location is in person, focusing on the targeted regions.,
