And one more girl required with Telugu speaking to promote our product in Andhra & Telangana region. Generating Leads and Sales: Making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying needs, and persuading them to purchase products or services Building Customer Relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, addressing queries, providing information, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Handling Customer Inquiries and Complaints: Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintaining Records: Accurately tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system. Your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers to understand their needs and convince them to purchase our products - Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries, providing information, and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Accurately maintaining records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system - Following up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and successfully close deals Essential Skills required for this role: - Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively to establish rapport with customers and secure deals. - Sales and Negotiation Skills: You must be proficient in persuading customers and negotiating terms beneficial to both parties.
