Telesales Executive

   Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Tele Sales, preferably in the Insurance sector      Working Hours: 6 days a week, any one day off per week; Operating window from 8 AM to 8 PM      Job Description:      Our client is a leading player in the insurance industry, is looking for dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in connecting our clients with insurance policies that meet their needs, helping them secure their future and that of their loved ones.      Key Responsibilities:      Sales and Customer Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients through tele-sales activities to promote and sell Insurance products, ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.      Targets- Achieve their daily/Weekly/Monthly conversion and revenue targets.      Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on selecting the most suitable insurance policies based on their needs, lifestyle, and financial situation.      Policy Administration: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all information is accurate and all requirements are met.      Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and assistance with policy inquiries, changes, and claims.      Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends and new products to provide up-to-date solutions to clients.      Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards.      Requirements:      Experience: Minimum of 1 year in tele-sales, high intensity calling environment, with a preference for experience in the insurance sector.      Education:  Graduates      Skills:      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.      Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding target.
