Key Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients through tele-sales activities to promote and sell Insurance products, ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded. Targets- Achieve their daily/Weekly/Monthly conversion and revenue targets. Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on selecting the most suitable insurance policies based on their needs, lifestyle, and financial situation. Policy Administration: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all information is accurate and all requirements are met. Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and assistance with policy inquiries, changes, and claims. Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends and new products to provide up-to-date solutions to clients. Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards.
