Our products, including water level controllers and indicators, aim to make water systems more efficient and easier to manage. We help businesses, industries, and homes maintain optimal water levels, reducing waste and improving overall efficiency.

Role Description

This is a office role for a Telesales Executive at IOT Arsenal. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for communication, lead generation, customer support, and sales activities. The role is based in Saraswati Vihar, Pitampura, New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
• Lead Generation expertise
• Customer Support and Sales capabilities
• Experience in telesales or related field (Min 2 years)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of water management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field(Not Distance Learning).
• Familiarity with CRM tools & call tracking systems (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Maintain call logs, update CRM, and follow up on inquiries
• Communicate the value of our products and services confidently
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
