Roles and Responsibilities

Handle international calls from clients across various countries.
Meet monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, etc.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in an international voice process (US/UK).
Fluent English language skills (written & spoken) with good communication abilities.
Strong convincing power for lead generation through outbound calling campaigns.
Ability to work with Night Shift .
