Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves generating qualified leads, managing client interactions, and supporting the sales process through proactive communication.

This is a WORK FROM OFFICE position — ideal for candidates who enjoy a collaborative and fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to share details about ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Generate and nurture leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and database management.
• Handle inbound inquiries and explain property details clearly and confidently.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the field sales team.
• Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide regular reports on lead conversion and call performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any discipline).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in real estate telecalling / telesales / BPO / call center preferred.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Must be goal-oriented, proactive, and confident in client interactions.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• 6 Days Working (Monday–Saturday)
