*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admission Counsellor cum Telecaller to join our team. As an Admission Counsellor cum Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, providing admission counseling to prospective students, and making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our courses and services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Admission Counseling:*

- Provide expert guidance to prospective students on our courses, admission processes, and eligibility criteria.

- Counsel students on career options and help them make informed decisions about their educational pursuits.

- Address student queries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person.

2. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our courses and services.

- Generate leads and convert them into admissions.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.

3. *Lead Generation:*

- Identify and generate new leads through various sources, including databases, referrals, and online platforms.

- Qualify leads and pass them on to the relevant teams for further processing.

4. *Relationship Building:*

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.

- Provide timely updates and information to students and parents about our courses and services.

5. *Data Management:*

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, admissions, and lead generation activities.

- Ensure data quality and integrity by adhering to company data management policies.

*Requirements:*

1. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in a related field like education, counseling, or marketing).

2. *Experience:* 0-2 years of experience in admission counseling, telecalling, or a related field.

3. *Skills:*

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong counseling and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Proficient and Fluent in Hindi

4. *Personal Qualities:*

- Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
