About the Role

Hireinside is looking for enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata. In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our services, and converting leads into sales. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services.

Generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested clients to close deals.

Provide excellent customer service and handle queries effectively.

Work with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive growth.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and handle objections confidently.

Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.

Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali will be an added advantage.

Previous telesales or telemarketing experience is a plus (not mandatory).
