Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets effectively. Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Location: 5th Floor, Saran Chamber 1, Opposite Civil Hospital, Hazratganj, Lucknow – 226001 Key Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer questions about products, prices, or company details. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets and performance goals. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Handle customer complaints or objections and resolve them effectively. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth operations. Maintain call logs, reports, and records of interactions. Requirements: Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication and listening skills. Ability to learn about products and services quickly. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge.. High school diploma or graduate degree in any field.
