Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales. You will play a vital role in building customer relationships and promoting our real estate projects over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or cold calling. Explain property details, amenities, pricing, and location benefits. Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure attendance. Handle inbound calls and respond to property inquiries promptly. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and communication records. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management. Coordinate with on-site sales team to ensure smooth client handover. Assist in digital campaigns and promotional activities by engaging leads. Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in any field. 6 months to 1 years of experience in tele sales; real estate experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in English and local languages). Good convincing and negotiation skills. Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus. Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
