Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle from start to finish, including qualifying leads, preparing presentations and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, and be able to effectively articulate their value proposition. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
