Job Description

A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and closing sales via phone. Their core duties include contacting potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, providing product or service information, and building relationships to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Generating Leads: Identifying and contacting potential customers through cold calls or other lead generation methods. Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently working towards achieving sales quotas and goals. Building Customer Relationships: Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, and providing support. Sales and Negotiation: Effectively presenting products/services, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and performance. Troubleshooting and Support: Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and providing technical support. Product Knowledge: Staying informed about products and services, and industry trends. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. CRM System Usage: Utilizing CRM systems to manage leads, track sales, and maintain customer data. Reporting: Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Telesales Manager.
