Job Title: Tele Sales Officer - Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Officer to join our team of real estate professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting sales, and building relationships with potential customers to drive business growth for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our real estate projects and offerings

- Identify potential customers and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning techniques

- Provide detailed information about our projects, features, and benefits to prospective customers

- Address customer queries and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer acquisition and retention

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or related industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Proficiency in English and local languages (Hindi, Marathi, etc.)

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
