Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Software Sales) Location : Indore Department: IT Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive (Software Sales) to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, explaining IT products/services, and converting prospects into clients through effective telephonic communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s IT products and services. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and set up meetings/appointments for the sales team. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients. Maintain strong follow-ups with potential leads to ensure conversion. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/software. Collaborate with the field sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales (preferably in IT/software/hardware solutions). Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English and regional language as needed). Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers. Basic understanding of IT products, software, or services. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
