Telesales Executive (Female)

Company Overview

We are a growing Logistics & NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) company offering container shipping, freight solutions, and end-to-end customer support. We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telesales Executive to join our commercial team and support our sales operations.

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making daily outbound calls to Dubai-based customers, promoting our logistics services, coordinating enquiries, and maintaining sales activity reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a professional attitude suitable for the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound sales calls to customers within the Dubai region for NVOCC and logistics enquiries.
• Promote company services such as container availability, freight rates, schedules, and routing options.
• Maintain and update the Daily Sales Call Report and track customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations/sales team for quotations, rate updates, and booking details.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/sheets as required.
• Understand basic shipping & logistics terminology (training will be provided if needed).
• Support the sales team by scheduling calls, preparing small follow-up messages, or coordinating documentation when required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Female candidates only (as per job requirement).
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Hindi speaking will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge; ability to update Google Sheets/Excel reports.
• Typing ability at normal or moderate speed.
• Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or NVOCC will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• Energetic, active, and confident personality.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Work Schedule

• Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary

• ₹15,000 per month (net) for eligible and deserving candidates.
