Job Description

  • Conduct 150 200 outbound presales calls daily using CRM + dialer to generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against defined eligibility criteria; capture accurate lead data in the CRM in real time.
  • Communicate product benefits clearly in English, handle objections, and progress prospects through presales stages toward conversion or handover to sales.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions) and contribute to continuous improvement of scripts and call flows.
  • Use dialer features (call dispositions, callbacks, local-time scheduling) to optimise outreach and minimise idle time.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality teams on feedback, call recordings, and coachable moments to improve conversion rates
