Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate Location: Noida-136 Employment Type: Full-time (Work from Office) Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting real estate projects. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database. Explain real estate projects, property features, and benefits to prospective clients. Generate appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth handover of leads. Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and drive conversions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments. Handle customer queries effectively and provide prompt resolutions. Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Requirements:Proven experience in telesales/telecalling (real estate experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation ability. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Education & Experience:Minimum: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant telesales experience. Experience: 0.6 – 3 years (Real Estate telesales preferred, fresher with good communication can apply).
