Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Telesales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting IT products and services to potential clients over the phone, and nurturing leads to drive business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to explain IT solutions clearly to customers. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products/services (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, AMC, etc.). Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, inbound inquiries, and follow-up activities. Understand customer pain points and propose suitable IT solutions. Explain technical features and benefits in simple, customer-friendly language. Maintain and update CRM with accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-up details. Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to schedule demos or meetings. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Keep up to date with the latest IT products, technologies, and industry trends. Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities. Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports. Required Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in IT/technology sector. Basic understanding of IT products such as software, networks, cloud services, or hardware. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with confidence. Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. EducationMinimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Work EnvironmentOffice-based/Hybrid depending on company policy.
