Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone calls, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services. Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable products/services. Close sales and achieve monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer information, and sales in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any product or service issues. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve lead generation and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a tele sales representative or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain confident. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
