Job description
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through telephone communication, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining high-quality customer relationships.
- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and lead generation
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product/service offerings
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Negotiate and close sales deals over the telephone
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
