Job description The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales through telephone communication, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and maintaining high-quality customer relationships. - Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and lead generation - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product/service offerings - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Negotiate and close sales deals over the telephone - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally - Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Qualifications - Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) - 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Skills - Exceptional phone etiquette - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Result-oriented with a positive and professional attitude - Self-motivated with ability to work independently - Active listening and problem-solving skills Freshers can apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 7 months Pay: ₹4,627.83 - ₹27,361.60 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Telesales: 1 year (Required) Language: Hindi (Required) English (Required) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 7 months Pay: ₹4,627.83 - ₹27,361.60 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: 1.5: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
